While working as a futurist with the Institute for Alternative Futures for eight years, she recognized most organizations need an external change agent to help them move from envisioning their future to actively creating it. Rhea continues to collaborate with IAF as a Senior Associate.

| Chief technology officers for schools will experience both crisis and opportunity as they extend the use of technology in learning and school district operations.
